- Any publication arising from the use of the PD-DOC Database must include the following acknowledgement:
“The data source for this work was the Parkinson’s Disease Data and Organizing Center (PD-DOC; U01NS050095). Data has been contributed to the PD-DOC by the NINDS Udall Centers of Excellence for Parkinson’s Disease Research, the NINDS Neuroprotective Exploratory Trials in Parkinson’s Disease Program and the Parkinson Study Group.”
- Any personnel from the PD-DOC who devote substantial effort to the conceptualization, design, analysis or interpretation of any study using PD-DOC data should be included as an author. In studies where multiple PD-DOC personnel have substantial involvement, the “Parkinson’s Disease Data and Organizing Center” should be listed as an author.
- Prior to submitting any manuscript for publication, the primary author must obtain approval of the planned authorship from the PD-DOC.
