Linking PD-DOC Database Data with NINDS Human Genetics Repository (at Coriell) DNA Samples:
The PD-DOC Database contains the de-identified subject PD-DOC IDs and corresponding de-identified Coriell DNA sample NINDS IDs (e.g. Catalog ID). The links to the file containing the two identifiers is provided below. These two identifiers allow the linkage of a subject’s clinical data (in the PD-DOC) with the corresponding DNA samples stored at Coriell. This information will be updated regularly as new samples become available.
This activity is temporarily on hold due to lack of funding.

Linking dbGaP Database Data with NINDS Human Genetics Repository (at Coriell) DNA Samples:
Below is a link to a listing of the dbGaP studies, which in turn links to individual subjects who have genotype/phenotype data in the dbGaP Database with the corresponding DNA samples stored at Coriell.

Linking PD-DOC Database Data, NINDS Human Genetics Repository (at Coriell) DNA samples and dbGaP Database Data:
Below is a link to a listing of those subjects who have clinical data (in the PD-DOC) and genotype/phenotype data in the dbGaP Database with the corresponding DNA samples stored at Coriell.
